He is designed around spamming his Ultimate in combination with Leilani to build an Ultimate-cycling engine for low-rarity teams. His incantation skills are weak — one has minor Penetration Rate and the other heals the lowest-HP ally for a small amount — so he exists purely to fuel ally Ultimates. Tied for second-lowest Max HP in the game, he is extremely fragile.
