Who is Bronya?
Bronya is a 5★ Wind character following the Path of Harmony, obtainable from the standard banner. The Supreme Guardian of Belobog and the adopted daughter of Cocolia, she is the original action-advance buffer in Honkai: Star Rail. Her Skill advances a target ally's action by 100% and grants a significant ATK% bonus for their next action, effectively allowing a DPS character to attack twice in a single cycle. She is the best-in-slot support for hyper-carry single-target DPS characters.
Kit Summary
Removes 1 debuff from a target ally, advances their action by 100%, and grants them a DMG bonus (up to 66% ATK) for their next attack.
Increases all allies' CRIT DMG by 20% and ATK by 55–66% for 2 turns.
When Bronya is present, SPD of all allies is increased by a portion of her own SPD (buffs team SPD scaling).
At the start of combat, all allies' SPD is increased. Bronya also has the Charge system that amplifies her Skill buffs.

F2P Verdict
Bronya is obtainable from the standard banner — you do not need to spend limited Stellar Jade to get her. She is one of the best uses of standard banner pulls or Departure Warp picks.
Her F2P LC option, Past and Future, is obtainable from standard pulls or the Forgotten Hall shop. Planetary Rendezvous is free from the Nameless Honor (Battle Pass) level 30 reward.

Yes. Bronya is a permanent standard banner 5★. She is available from standard pulls, Departure Warp (guaranteed on your 300th pull), and occasionally from the Starlight Exchange shop.
Does Bronya work in AoE content?
Bronya is optimized for single-target content (Memory of Chaos side A or B with single-boss floors). Her action-advance is wasted in Pure Fiction or Apocalyptic Shadow where AoE DPS is preferred. Consider Robin or Sparkle in those modes.
Can Bronya and Sparkle both be in the same team?
Yes, but it is usually suboptimal. Both provide action advance and buffs that don't stack fully. Bronya + Sparkle + DPS + sustain is viable but you lose a slot for a debuffer like Silver Wolf or Pela.
